Do you have a Spanish-speaking nurse(s) on staff?

If so, your Case Managers, Discharge Planners and Social Workers need to know about it! Language barriers account for a large number of the RAC percentage in hospitals. Proactively presenting a solution to this problem adds immediate value and sets you apart from the other 200 plus agencies all trying to capture attention in a Covid restricted market. Create a marketing campaign around this feature/benefit. Include a picture and short bio introducing the nurses that will be providing care. If you have a Medical Director ask them to send it directly to their colleagues, etc.
