Why do you do this job? Money? Benefits? You love sales? You love people? The fame?

Whatever your reason, I want to take this week to say a sincere Thank You to each and every one of you. Whether you realize it or not, you are a superhero. You fly around your territory (ok, so maybe you drive), connecting with referral sources to help them understand how and why to make every single referral possible so that you can CHANGE lives, you can IMPROVE lives, and you can SAVE lives. That is nothing short of awesome.

Superhero....try that on for size..

I mean it too. Not everyone can do this. There are hundreds of competitors, people closing doors in your face, offices asking you to be a caterer rather than a salesperson, calls in the night and on weekends. You know all of this because you are living it. Thank you....truly.

We're approaching 26 weeks, a half of a year of this education and training and I thought it proper to pause for a moment and let you know how special you are. You're out on the front lines every day, fighting the good fight so that those who can't fight can still win. Thank you.

You're more than a superhero....you're a freaking rockstar. Thank you.
